Big Data for IR4.0 (BigIR 2020) (PDF)

Introduction

 Recently, Big Data has attained high attention from various communities and fields. Tremendous research works and technologies have been initiated and produced such as to analyze data, provide solutions or reporting tools in order to solve specific issues. Along with Big Data era, Industrial Revolution (IR) has also gained much attention from different area. It starts to get attention since IR4.0 where everything is possible to be autonomous and need internet technologies without human intervention. For instance, Internet of Thing (IoT), cyber-physical system, cognitive computing and cloud computing. These era of IR4.0 has indirectly generates huge of data and these data need to be manage wisely. Therefore, the BigIR 2020 Special Session at the The 19th International Conference on Intelligent Software Methodologies, Tools and Techniques (SOMET 2020) is aimed to looking forward for new solutions, theories and technologies in this area. This special session aims to bring together professionals, engineers, academics and industrial people with all these different backgrounds to discuss and exchange new ideas and the latest achievements in developing the knowledge science and intelligent computing systems.

Paper Submission

 The papers of this session will be printed in proceeding of main conference. The Proceedings of the conference will be published as a book by IOS international publisher in series: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications. This series is indexed in SCOPUS and selected by the Elsevier databases coverage. This session had a paper won the best paper award of SOMET 2018.

Papers must be written by using the IOS format up to 14 A4 pages for Regular papers, and up to 10 pages for Short papers. The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality.
